Aston Martin Race Team - September  26, 2006

The Aston Martin DBR9 race team made a promotional appearance at the Aston Martin of Atlanta dealership in Alpharetta, GA the Tuesday before the 2006 running of the Petite LeMans. The event included simulated pit stops by the team, an autograph session by the drivers, appetizers, prize drawings, and plenty of time to take pictures of the DBR9 race cars or browse through the dealership which  features Aston Martin as well as Ferrari and Maserati.

The three drivers in attendance were friendly and easily approachable, spending nearly 2 hours talking with fans and signing autographs. These ProDrive-prepared cars gave a good fight against the dominant Corvette C6R's that ultimately won the class championship at the weekend's race at Road Atlanta.
